2. NATURE OF BUSINESS
IOSEF Technologies is a technology procurement partner supplying
computing, networking, peripheral, and related technology products to
businesses, corporates, public sector bodies, educational institutions,
non-profits, and private institutions across South Africa.
3. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ACT (ECTA) DISCLOSURES
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25
of 2002, we disclose the following:
- Our full legal name, trading name, and registration details are set
out in Section 1 above.
- Our physical address for the receipt of legal service is as set out in
Section 1 above.
- A description of the main goods and services we offer is available
throughout this website and in individual product listings.
- Full pricing (including applicable taxes), delivery costs, payment
terms, and delivery timeframes are disclosed at the time of quotation
or checkout, and in our Terms of Service and Shipping & Delivery
Policy.
- Order confirmations are sent by email and can be retained by the
customer as a record of the transaction.
- We are not currently a member of any self-regulatory or industry
body.
4. COOLING-OFF RIGHT
In terms of Section 44 of ECTA, where you are a consumer and this
transaction was concluded electronically, you may be entitled to cancel
the transaction, without reason or penalty, within seven (7) days of
receiving the goods. This right does not apply to certain categories of
goods, including customised or made-to-order items, software once
unsealed or activated, and other exclusions set out in our Refund and
Returns Policy. Where our Refund and Returns Policy offers a longer
return window than this statutory right, the more generous term applies.

descriptions, and images — is the property of IOSEF Enterprises (Pty)
Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated, and may not be
