Terms of service

These Terms of Sale govern all quotations, orders and purchases made with

IOSEF Tech ("we", "us", "our") via iosef.co.za or through direct

correspondence with our team. By placing an order, you agree to these

terms.

1. QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise

stated, and are subject to product availability and pricing at the time

of order confirmation.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation

(email or invoice). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order

prior to confirmation, including in cases of pricing errors, stock

unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is due via EFT or

card prior to dispatch, unless a credit account has been approved for

your organisation, in which case payment terms of 30 days from invoice

date apply.

4. DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of quotation and

are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon

delivery to the address provided. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for

further detail.

5. WARRANTY

All products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

IOSEF Tech does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the

original manufacturer, except where required by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOSEF Tech's liability for any

claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the product(s)

in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential

loss, including loss of business or data.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our team. Once an

order has been dispatched, our standard Refund and Returns Policy

applies.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and

any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African

courts.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the

time of your order will apply.
