Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY — IOSEF TECH

IOSEF Tech ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with

every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds

are handled.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery,

provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and

accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. If a

product arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a defect covered under

warranty, contact us within 7 days of noticing the issue, and we will

arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with

the manufacturer's warranty terms.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

- Products that have been used, installed, or had seals broken

- Custom or made-to-order items

- Software licenses and digital products once activated

- Consumables (e.g. printer ink, toner) once opened

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact our team at info@iosef.co.za or +27 83 653 1373 with your order

number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide

instructions for returning the item.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Where a product is being returned due to our error (incorrect item

shipped, faulty on arrival), we cover return shipping costs. For

change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within

[7-10] business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Bulk or credit-account orders may be refunded via account credit or EFT,

as agreed with your account manager.

7. BULK AND CORPORATE ORDERS

For bulk, corporate, or public sector orders governed by a separate

quotation or purchase order, the terms specified in that agreement take

precedence over this general policy where they conflict.
